Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?
Worldwide. US orders ship from fulfillment centers in the US; orders to all other countries ship from Hong Kong.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. Details are in our Shipping policy.

How long does delivery take?
US orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive 3–7 business days after they ship. Orders to other countries usually ship within 3–5 days and arrive about 15 days after they ship. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email derrick@kitchuan.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Products

What is your flatware made of?
Food-grade stainless steel, about 2 mm thick. The silver sets have a mirror polish and the black sets have a matte black PVD finish. Each product page lists exactly what's in the set. The silver finish of all our sets has been tested by an independent laboratory to US FDA, EU and German LFGB food-contact requirements; the steak knives in the silver 24-piece set have been tested to US FDA requirements.

Will the black finish wear off?
Our black sets use PVD, a vacuum-deposited coating that is much harder-wearing than paint or spray finishes. To keep it looking its best, avoid abrasive scrubbers and bleach-based detergents, and dry the pieces after washing. If the finish wears off or gets damaged within a year, our 1-year replacement guarantee covers it.

Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes. For the best shine over time, avoid leaving pieces wet for long periods and dry them after the cycle.

Can I buy individual pieces?
Our online store sells complete sets. If you need extra pieces to top up a set, email derrick@kitchuan.com and we'll let you know what's available.

Returns & guarantee

What is your return policy?
Orders delivered in the US: you have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging, and defective or damaged items are replaced at no cost. Orders outside the US: we don't accept change-of-mind returns, but if an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we refund you in full and you don't need to send it back. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Is there a warranty?
Yes. Our flatware comes with a 1-year replacement guarantee: if a piece rusts or is damaged in any way within one year of delivery, we'll send a replacement free of charge. Outside the US, we refund you instead.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes — for restaurants, hotels, retailers and corporate orders, with engraving and private-label packaging available on request. See our Wholesale page.
