Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. US orders ship from fulfillment centers in the United States. Orders to all other countries ship from Hong Kong.

Processing time

US orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launches and holiday peaks, processing can take up to 3 business days. Orders to other countries usually ship within 3–5 days of your order.

Delivery estimates

United States: 3–7 business days after your order ships. All other countries: usually about 15 days after your order ships from Hong Kong. Delivery times can be affected by carrier delays, weather and customs.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. Your delivery options are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the first scan.

Duties and taxes

Prices are set in US dollars and, where available, shown in your local currency at current exchange rates. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes collected by the carrier on delivery; unless stated otherwise at checkout, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address changes

Need to change your address? Email derrick@kitchuan.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can update the address until the order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll open a claim with the carrier and reship or refund your order.
